He is held responsible for creating a culture of innovation, embedding the product mindset, and enhancing go-to-market strategies for educational technology solutions to meet tactical execution, customer satisfaction, and to increase revenues.

★ During his tenure with the City of Baltimore, State of Ohio, and NY State, Singleton has developed several technology initiatives to facilitate civilian-government communications and information sharing He also strengthened key systems including public safety critical infrastructure & dispatch systems, accounting & billing, payroll & HR, and investment systems.
